I first met Staccie when I was planning to move from a 4200 sq ft home in Nelson to a smaller home in Kelowna, and one of her listings appealed to me. It took me almost a year to actually purchase and move as the home in Nelson took forever to sell, but Staccie patiently continued to support my search in Kelowna, and in fact was able to negotiate a purchase where the sellers agreed to a long closing of 6 months which enabled me to sell my home. Staccie found the Kelowna house for me, even when I was reluctant because the home needed updating. I was so happy that I had chosen this home. I renovated the whole home and just loved it to pieces the entire time I lived there. Staccie’s patience and persistence allowed me the space I needed for all this to happen. 6 years later it was time to move again.
